The restaurants are scattered around the perimeter of the Taste ground with artisan producers set-up on the inside displaying their goods – everything from baked treats, wine, ice cream, cheese, cider, cured meats, olive oils, chutney, flavoured gin and tequila, coffee and chocolate.
